More than a Florida vacation rental, Sunny Beaches is a fully furnished Beach House with all the amenities of a second home. Granite countertops, new appliances, fully stocked kitchen along with a commercial ice machine, and all home furnishings, make a great setting for gourmet or casual dining.

The first floor bedroom is great for non-stair climbers with a super comfortable full size bed. A full size bath is also on the first floor. On the second floor, the Master bedroom is super comfortable with a large LCD television, soft pillow top mattresses, walk out second floor balcony and a luxury master bath with granite counter tops, and a whirlpool soaking tub. The second floor also has one bedroom with a queen size bed and one bedroom with twin beds. A third full bath is also located on the second floor. The third floor tower bedroom is a perfect getaway. It has a trundle bed (two twins) for additional sleeping capacity while offering wonderful views of the ocean, the stars at night and is perfect for sunbathing. Sunsets are fabulous from the tower! All bedrooms have a TV/DVD, sizeable closets and privacy.

Our community Pool is another place to relax overlooking Oyster Lake with a new million dollar footbridge next door allowing enjoyable scenic walks across the lake. The pool is only 25 feet from the Vacation Rental House, Sunny Beaches!

Several entrances to Point Washington State Forest take you into the 15,000-acre preserve with more than ten miles of trails.

Travel north on Hwy. 393 to Santa Rosa for a little local history and lore plus a shopping stop for antique treasures and garden statuary.
