Sunny Beaches Rental Policy

 

*How far is the beach?   Just a long Frisbee throw away!   Across the street, down the steps and you’re on the Beach!  Beach Access is about 100 yards from the house.  This beach access is one of the easiest on 30A! There is also a small parking lot. 

*Do you have to cross a street?  Yes, there is a 2 lane road (Scenic 30A).

*How far is the pool?  The pool is a community pool that is 25 feet away.  It overlooks Oyster Lake.  Currently, the pool is shared with 5 houses.

*How many can you sleep?   The house sleeps 12 comfortably.

*What about Towels/Linens? Bath towels are supplied only for the house.  Please plan to bring your own beach towels. Linens are also provided for all beds. 

* Kitchen Stocked?  The kitchen is furnished with all of the furnishings you would have at home.  Please plan to bring all condiments, spices, food. 

*What is the layout of the bedrooms?  The first floor has one bedroom with a full size bed.  The second floor has 2 bedrooms and a Master Bedroom.  There are twin beds in one room, a queen in one room and the Master has a king.  The tower has a twin bed with a trundle.  The sofa in the living area is a pull out queen size bed.

*Do we bring our own Beach Chairs?  Yes. There is also a beach service that will set up chairs and umbrellas if you are interested.  Beach Chairs 4U can be reached at 850-231-4448

*What about ice?  We have a commercial ice machine that you can use to fill coolers.  Plan to bring coolers! 

*Who do we call for emergencies with the property?   Call Southern Resorts, our property manager.  Check your rental agreement for the special number that is supplied to you.

* How do we get in?  Is there a key pick up? No!  We have an electronic key pad so no pick up necessary.  You’ll receive the code by email in advance of your vacation. 

* Is there a grill?  Yes, there is a gas grill provided. 

* Are there TVs in the bedrooms? Yes, there is a TV and a DVD in every bedroom.          

* Is there any extra charge for housekeeping? No, if you rent for 1 week.  For daily rentals there is a one time  housekeeping charge of $195. 

*Do you allow pets- even little ones?  Sorry, but no pets –even little ones.

*Is the house non smoking?  Yes it is

*Are there age restrictions?  Yes, no one under 25, unless accompanied by an adult.

*Where do we park?  There is a driveway that will hold 2 vehicles.

* Where is the grocery store?  Publix is about a 10 minute drive on Hwy 98. 

* Are we going to have fun? You betcha!  The beach, the restaurants and the location are all going to provide memories for years to come.
